mix dry ingredients together. Stir in the flavoring, oil and honey with a fork. Press of half the dough into the bottom of a 8 or 9 inch pan that has been greased.
Combine chopped fruit with water and cook over low heat until think (about 5 minutes). Add flavoring. Spread over dough. Pat remaining dough in a thin layer.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
