3 cups fresh cranberries1 1/4 cups dried cranberries (altho I used dried cherries this year)2 cups peeled, chopped Bartlett pears1 1/3 cup orange juice1 cup light brown sugar3 Tbsp each dried apples, apricots -- snipped fine5 Tbsp minced crystallized ginger1/8 tsp ground cardamon
Combine all ingredients in large pot; bring to boil. Reduce heat andsimmer 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and refigerate.
