3 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/4 cups dried cranberries (altho I used dried cherries this year)
2 cups peeled, chopped Bartlett pears
1 1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup light brown sugar
3 Tbsp each dried apples, apricots -- snipped fine
5 Tbsp minced crystallized ginger
1/8 tsp ground cardamon

Combine all ingredients in large pot; bring to boil. Reduce heat and
simmer 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and refigerate.
