4-8 Pork Chops thick cut
1-2 Cans saurkraut

Dumpling
All Measurements are approximate
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
Enough milk to make the right consistency (somewhat gooey thick batter)
Bread crumbs (unseasoned)

Mix flour salt and baking powder. Add egg and milk and stir. Let rest at least 30 to 45 minutes. Shape into dumpling while coating with bread crumbs (it is ok if some of the bread crumbs get into the dumpling). Let rest until a large pot of water comes to a boil. Boil 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Cut with thread or unflavored and uncoated dental floss.

Bake Pork chops for 1-2 hours at 350. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, onion, soy sauce to taste. Sprinkle with water and gravy master during cooking.

Heat Saurkraut in a medium pan with its juices, soy sauce and onion.
