1 1/4 cups Almond Flour + 1/4 Coconut Flour2 TBLS cup coconut sugar1 Tbls baking powder1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)
1 large egg10 Tbls warm melted unsalted butter1/3 cup milk (or milk and cream)
Preheat oven to 350Whisk together dry ingredients, add oats and fruit. In a separate bowl mix together egg, butter and milk.Add wet to dry all at once and mix gently with a rubber spatula just until moist.Pat dough into an 8 inch round about 3/4 of an inch thick.Cut into 8 to 12 pieces and bake at least 1/2 inch apart for 10 to 12 minutes
