2 1/2 lbs Peaches (5 Cups sliced)
1/2 to 3/4 C Sugar
3 to 3 1/2 T Quick cooking tapieca
3T Lemon juice
1/8 t Salt
2 to 3 T Unsalted Butter (for top)

Use favorite pie filing to line bottom of pan.

Peel, pit and slice the peaches 1/4 inch thick.
Combine all ingredients and let stand 15 mins.
Pour into bottom crust. Dot with butter cut small.
place top crust, cut vents, brush with milk or sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 425 for 30 mins; reduce to 350 25-35 mins more or until thick juices bubble through vents
