2 Full racks of quality baby back ribs
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (I prefer original or spicy honey)
1 recipe Jalapeno Jelly
Salt
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Cheap baking pan at least 4" deep

Liberally rub ribs with salt, pepper and onion powder. Grill to put marks on each side.

Place in an aluminum foil pouch and cover with 1/2 of the bottle of BBQ sauce.
Place pouches in the cheap baking pan and fill with water up to the sides of the pouch.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour, 250 for 1 hour then 200 for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and pouch. If desired cut in half (1/3, or 1/4) for portioning.
Return to grill. Slather top with BBQ sauce and grill top down. Repeat with bottom. Slather with Jalapeno Jelly and repeat both sides.

Serve warm with extra jelly.
