1/2 C Salt
1/4 C Raw Sugar
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1 Tbls Garlic powder
1 Tbls Onion powder
2 Tbls Paprika
2 Tbls Chili Powder
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 Tbls Black pepper
1 Tbls Thyme
1 Tbls Cumin
1 tsp Nutmeg

Rub on any red meat before cooking. Use sparingly - it is potent!
