1 1/4 cups Almond Flour + 1/4 Coconut Flour
2 TBLS cup coconut sugar
1 Tbls baking powder
1 tsp salt

1 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)

1 large egg
10 Tbls warm melted unsalted butter
1/3 cup milk (or milk and cream)

Preheat oven to 350
Whisk together dry ingredients, add oats and fruit. In a separate bowl mix together egg, butter and milk.
Add wet to dry all at once and mix gently with a rubber spatula just until moist.
Pat dough into an 8 inch round about 3/4 of an inch thick.
Cut into 8 to 12 pieces and bake at least 1/2 inch apart for 10 to 12 minutes
